Jodie Rice is our front desk manager.  She joined Hermann & Henry Eyecare in August 2001.  Jodie can answer any question you may have concerning billing, insurance, or scheduling.  She and her husband Jeff reside in Groveport.

Diane Newhouse works at our front desk.  You will most likely speak with her when you call our office.  She prepares patient information for the daily schedules including insurance authorizations.  Diane moved from the Chicago area to Pickerington with her husband and 2 sons, and has worked in our office since 2003.

Genavie Hodge greets our patients with a smile when they enter the office.  She will ask you for current personal and medical insurance information.  Be sure to have your insurance card with you!  Genevie can also schedule appointments for future visits.  She will often help check you out at the end of your visit and help you with any insurance questions you may have.  Genavie has worked in optometric offices for several years.  She recently moved from Dallas, Texas to Ohio.  When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Chad and 2 daughters.    Meet Lisa Klinger, the newest member of our staff.  Lisa can answer any question you may have concerning billing, insurance, or scheduling.  Lisa also helps with greeting you as you enter our office.  Lisa has worked in medical offices for many years and has just recently relocated to Pickerington along with her husband and 3 children.

Beth Landberg is one of our licensed opticians and the lab manager.  She joined our practice in 2005.  Beth has been in the optical business since 1980, obtaining her opticians license in 1984.  She resides in Reynoldsburg with her husband, Bob and their 2 sons.  When not working, she and Bob enjoy participating in bass fishing tournaments.  Beth enjoys helping our patients find the perfect glasses to fit their lifestyle needs and their fashion tastes.    Christina Edwards joined our practice in 2007.  She is a licensed optician who has been in the optical business for 11 years.  The highlight of her job is meeting patients and assisting them in selecting eyewear that fits their lifestyle, personality, as well as visual needs.  She will also challenge you to break out of your comfort zone and try something new and fun!  When not working Christina is busy keeping up with her husband Jahi and four children.    Steve Hofacker is a licensed optician who has been in the optical industry for many years.  He will be happy to help you select the best frame and lens materials for your needs.  He has a tremendous amount of knowledge in helping patients achieve the best from their eyewear selections.

Lynn Vickers joined our practice in 2005.  She is our front desk supervisor as well as our contact lens manager.  Our new contact lens patients will benefit from Lynn's expertise and instruction on proper contact lens handling and care.  She can answer any questions you may have about contact lenses.  When Lynn is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
